Kasteel Groeneveld offers an inspiring environment where people meet and generate ideas related to sustainability and the environment. As design manager I supervised the process of the development of the brand and the visual identity of Kasteel Groeneveld. The rationale for all resources and activities had to be clearly formulated. Processes were simplified resulting in much more fun as well as measurable results and outcomes for all employees. Kasteel Groeneveld is now highly recognisable for its visitors. The user experience has improved and the turnover increased.
